Lola Loves Queenstown ONLY accept returns if the jewellery has been damaged within the first two weeks of purchase. A recipet will be needed for any returns. If you are wishing to return jewellery customer will need to provide a photo to confirm the damage, as well as the customer will need to send back the damage jewellery for a full refund of purchase.
