Shipping will be determined at check when you are purchasing your Lola Loves Queenstown items. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 NZD. International shipping is not an option on check out, but if you are wanting to ship items outside of NewZealand please email us at lolalovesqueenstown@gmail.com and we can quote for postage to your country! 

Lola Loves Queenstown ONLY accept returns if the jewellery has been damaged within the first two weeks of the purchase. A receipt will be needed for any returns. If you are wishing to return jewellery customer will need to provide a photo to confirm the damage, as well as the customer will need to send back the damage jewellery for a full refund of purchase. Please be mindful when purchasing the jewellery by following the care instructions that we provide on the product page, as Lola Love Queenstown will not be held responsible for any tarnishing of the metal or water damaged that may incur to the earrings.
